How do I submit my volunteer hours to earn points in Pre-Vet Club?

How many points can I earn?

Dues-paying members can receive 10 points per semester, for 1 point per hour volunteering. For every 15 hours over the ten-hour cap that you volunteer, you will have 1 point added to your total.
Operation Catnip Points are added separately from the 10 point maximum. Point are calculated as 1 for trap team, 1 for trap depot, 1 for set up, and 2 for clinic. Feel free to log more than just ten hours on CampusLink/the submission form. We also use these hours for our monthly service awards and scholarships. The top volunteer each month will be recognized at our meetings.) **NOTE: Points will be redistributed at the end of each academic year. What counts as volunteer hours?

Volunteer hours must be animal-related (ex: Humane Society, Horse Therapy, veterinary clinic, etc). All hours must be unpaid.

Will Summer volunteer hours count?

Unfortunately, volunteer hours will not count for points through the Pre-Vet Club. Feel free to still submit your summer hours to campus link. Hours submitted to campus link will count toward the C.O.R.D. program.
